RACING RULES. 6.1 One marshall will be placed at each end of the circuit and two at the chicane. (This is minimum requirement). 6.2 All cars will be scrutineered before practice and racing. 6.3 Drivers to use only one car per heat. 6.4 No borrowing of cars allowed. 6.5 No time allowed between races for repairs or adjustments. 6.6 No stopping anywhere during a race. 6.7 Any car losing its body, rear bumper, back hook, or ‘grounding’ will be removed from track. 6.8 Any car failing to start will not be pushed (to be removed from track at race controllers discretion only). 6.9 Once removed from the track a car may not be restarted in that race. 6.10 A car will be re-slotted unless trapped by, or over the safety fence, or on its side or roof, or is tangled with an opponents car. But may continue if knocked free. 6.11 No deliberate high speed ramming / follow-ins. Car will be removed from track. Two offences in one heat = driver disqualified. Penalty to be carried over if committed in last race of heat. 6.12 ‘Wrong-laned’ cars, crashed or running may be marshalled into correct lane. 6.13 Tyres and braids may be cleaned with lighter fuel only, and away from the track before racing. 6.14 To ‘finish’ driver stops after 8 laps across finish line and before White grade line. (Cross the White line and a 9th lap must be completed). 6.15 Last car running does not have to complete 8 laps. |
