2. DRIVER GRADING AND POINTS SYSTEMS

A Constant driver grading system will be in effect throughout each racing season. (September – August).

2.1 Driver grading will be prepared from an average of meeting points gained during the month divided by the number of meetings attended.

2.2 The new list showing driver grades and current Points Championship standings will be displayed on the first meeting of each month. All drivers must have their current grade colour painted on the aerofoil and roof down to the waistline, by the second meeting of each month.

Grade Colours.

* GOLD TOP Reigning Club Champion

* SILVER STRIPES (on a Red Roof) Reigning Points Champion

x RED TOP (mailbox Red) Star Grade

x BLUE TOP (light Med Blue) A Grade

x YELLOW TOP (Yellow) B Grade

x WHITE TOP (White) C Grade & Novice Grade

Legend: * = Grades change annually. x = Grades change monthly

2.3 Any driver attaining Red Top for 2 consecutive months may not return to White.
