Banger Racing – as Stox except :-

• Bangers will race clockwise.
• No marshalling – ie sudden death.
• Any form of contact is allowed.
• Stopping (momentarily) anywhere is allowed.
• Drivers are not graded – all start on the White grade line.
• All races will be 8 laps, or after last car running can push through any
  debris and cross the finish-line.

Banger build specification

• Lower chassis - with all mechanicals as Stox.
• Upper chassis / body carrier – to be attached to pan as Stox and may be wire or plastic construction.
• Bodywork – construction material is free. Body must be strongly fixed to carrier and have no sharp edges.
• Body style – must be typical banger family saloon or estate car and have a vertical flat front with lower edge cut off full width above slot guide.
• NO sports cars allowed. Air-dams, scoops, splitters, or bodywork
  designed to ‘dive’ on contact and lift other cars is NOT allowed.

• Limos, vans, commercials, and ‘exotics’ will only be allowed at special limited meetings.
