1. CONDITONS OF MEMBERSHIP.

1.1 All competitors must be registered members and hold a personal racing number.

1.2 Prospective members will be permitted to race at 3 meetings before becoming registered members.

1.3 Due to the format of race meetings it can be necessary to restrict membership, therefore permission must be gained from the organisers before any new member is introduced.

1.4 Subscriptions: Adults (18 years+) £3.00 per meeting.
Juniors (up to 18 years) £2.00 per meeting.

1.5 Members are required to arrive on time by 8.00pm so that scrutineering, payment of subs, race organization can take place before start time 8.15pm.

1.6 All cars must be constructed within the confines of the club formula described in the ‘Build Specification Sheets’. Cars built off-spec will not be allowed to race.

1.7 The borrowing of cars is not permitted except in the case of visitors or prospective members who may use a club car and will be allowed one month to obtain their own car.

1.8 Any member absent for 5 consecutive weeks will be deemed retired and could be replaced. (Please phone if you have a problem).

1.9 Members may be excluded from the club at the organisers discretion for behaviour threatening the well being of the general membership.
